On February 13, an open lecture was held for 2nd- and 3rd-year students of the International Higher School of Logistics with the participation of representatives of Paradigma Trans.
The speakers of the event were Sergey Chesalin, Operations Director, and Gulmeis Kozhonova, Head of the Logistics Department.
During the lecture, the speakers shared insights into current trends in logistics development, practical aspects of organizing transport and warehouse processes, the specifics of logistics companies’ operations in a changing market environment, as well as employers’ expectations regarding the professional competencies of young specialists. Special attention was paid to practice-oriented learning, career opportunities in the logistics sector, and the role of digital technologies in supply chain management.
The lecture attracted strong interest from students and included an active discussion and a Q&A session. Such events contribute to strengthening cooperation between educational institutions and the business community and to improving the quality of training for future logistics professionals.
