Electronic register of permits discussed at the round table

On January 22, 2021, the electronic register of permits was discussed with representatives of business associations.

Work on the development of the electronic register of permits is regulated by the Ministry in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in the framework of the cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the International Finance Corporation, approved by the decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 21, 2020 No. 288-R, as well as in the implementation of paragraph 21 of the roadmap to implement the Concept of digital transformation "Digital Kyrgyzstan 2019 – 2023", the approved order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 15, 2019 No. 20-R.

This register will contain information about all permits necessary for entrepreneurs and investors to conduct business and is created in order to reduce time costs, obtain active information and make it easy for all interested parties to use.

The collection of information for the register will be carried out by filling out a questionnaire by the state bodies that issue permits.

To date, a working version of the portal has been developed, which was presented to the meeting participants.

State bodies that issue permits will be involved in this work at the stage of filling in the portal with information about the issued permits.

This register is primarily created for the use of business entities. At the same time, it should be noted that the creation of an electronic register of permits is only the first stage of automation. At the second stage, it is planned to implement the issuance of licenses and permits in the online mode.
