Abstract: Relevance of the chosen topic is indisputable in the context of rapid urbanization and increasing automobile traffic. The city has witnessed a significant rise in the number of vehicles on roads, leading to congested transportation networks and parking problems. Consequently, it becomes imperative to introduce innovative approaches in traffic and parking management to ensure more efficient utilization of available resources and improve the urban environment quality. Implementation of smart technologies, adaptive traffic control, electronic parking systems, and other innovative solutions can substantially enhance traffic flow and parking resource management, making the city more accessible and convenient for residents and visitors. Thus, studying and implementing innovative traffic and parking management methods represent a crucial task for enhancing urban infrastructure and improving the quality of life in Bishkek.
