The Prime Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and China, Sapar Isakov and Li Keqiang, have agreed to work on the technical and economic aspects of road construction. They met today, on December 1st, in Sochi. The Prime Ministers emphasized the need to address the existing issues through a trilateral working group involving Uzbekistan.
