On April 17, 2026, the 10th International Student Scientific and Practical Conference was held at the International Higher School of Logistics of Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.
As part of the conference, key issues related to the development of the logistics infrastructure of the Kyrgyz Republic were discussed, including enhancing the country’s transit potential, implementing digital technologies and innovative solutions, as well as prospects for integration into regional and international transport and logistics systems.
The conference brought together students, master’s degree candidates, young researchers, and faculty members who presented the results of their scientific research and practical developments. The discussions were held in the format of a plenary session and thematic sections, which facilitated an active exchange of ideas and opinions.
The conference was opened with a welcoming speech by Rimma Shukurovna Elemanova, Vice-Rector for Research at Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.
From the Russian side, Ilya Viktorovich Okhotnikov выступил as Scientific Director of the International Academy of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (ILA), Head of the Master’s program “Logistics Systems Management” at the Russian University of Transport (MIIT), Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor.
Salidzhan Kozhakhmetovich Chalgimbaev, General Director of Ala-Too Power LLC, delivered a presentation on “Kyrgyzstan as a logistics hub in Central Asia,” highlighting key directions for the development of the country’s transport and logistics potential, and also presented awards to the conference winners.
A.A. Orozonova, Deputy Director for Research at the International Higher School of Logistics, noted that holding this conference has become a sustainable tradition that has been successfully developing over the past 10 years.
The conference served as an important platform for developing students’ scientific potential, strengthening academic cooperation, and discussing current challenges in modern logistics.
